What are Hadirr's optional service fees?
Hadirr's optional service fees cover supporting services outside the main subscription—chiefly Hadirr Training, where a trainer team guides your staff through onboarding and app usage. To purchase these add-on packages, your company must already hold an active Hadirr subscription.
How much does Hadirr training cost?
Two options are available: On-site training (a trainer comes to your location) at US$105 per 3-hour session, and Private Online Training at IDR 350,000 per 3-hour session. Sessions exceeding four hours incur an additional fee calculated proportionally.
Are there travel costs for on-site training outside Jakarta?
Yes. For on-site sessions outside DKI Jakarta Province, the trainer's transport and accommodation are borne by the customer. Companies outside Jakarta—or outside Indonesia—can choose Private Online Training instead, which covers the same material remotely at a lower cost.
Is training required to use Hadirr?
No. Hadirr is designed to be self-serve with setup in under five minutes, so most teams onboard independently. Training is optional and recommended for large headcounts, multi-branch rollouts, or complex shift and approval configurations to speed up implementation.
